Position Title: General Manager
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

Location: Sydney, Australia
Salary: $160,000 – $170,000 + bonus
Commencement date: TBC
About the role
The role of the General Manager is required owing to a maternity leave that has arisen. This is a full-time position and not due to expire once the maternity ends. The General Manager will work across three two core brands under the Jaaims Technologies Group.
We are seeking someone who has Financial Services experience with high nett worth clients in Australia because of the nature of the conversations you will have with our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team across sales, marketing and general operations
- Support our Business Development Mangers by attending external meetings
- Identify possibilities for new acquisitions where required including third party
- Nurture team to ensure ongoing retention of customers
- Work closely with our industry partners to ensure a seamless experience for our clients
About You
- At least five (5) years’ experience minimum in a similar role
- Experience in the financial services sector essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to manage a diverse team
- High-level computer literacy and technical skills
- Experience in project management will be highly desirable
