Provided by JHC Operating Co Pty Ltd (formally Neural One Australia Pty Ltd) Authorised Representative No. 1299260 (weusour)

Date: 1 September 2023

Purpose of this document

The purpose of this FSG is to assist you in deciding whether to use our services by giving you information about the type of services we provide, how we are paid and your rights when you have a complaint about our services.

We recommend that you read and understand this FSG before you subscribe to our service. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Our business and financial services we are authorised to provide

We provide an automated traded service which customers can access for a monthly subscription fee.

There are various packages which include different product features, but fundamentally, they all involve us using our technology and algorithm to optimise the trading opportunities on shares and managed funds you select and wish to trade. All services will be provided through our mobile app which is available on IOS and Android devices.

We are authorised to provide general advice and dealing services to both retail and wholesale clients for the following financial products:

  • securities; and
  • interests in managed investment schemes, including IDPS.

Our website and mobile app may contain general advice about securities and managed investment schemes. It will not be product specific but will usually comprise general information about how those classes of products work and what you should consider before, during and after you have invested in them. General advice does not take your personal circumstances into consideration. We encourage you to seek professional advice if you require advice that is tailored to your circumstances.

How can you provide us with instructions?

Our services are only provided through our mobile app. Our services are dependent on receiving instructions from you. These instructions will primarily be communicated through our mobile app, but we may also allow you to provide us with instructions over the phone or by email.

Who do we act for?

We are an Authorised Representative of Jaaims Technologies Pty Ltd ACN 635 824 056 AFSL 519985 (licensee).

The contact details for licensee are the same as for us and can be found under ‘Contact Us’.

The distribution of this FSG has been authorised by the licensee.

Fees

We operate on a subscription basis and charge users a monthly subscription fee for our services. The subscription fee will vary depending on the package you acquire, but this and the services included in the package will be disclosed to you before you sign up to our services.

We do not charge brokerage fees because we do not execute trades – this is undertaken by your broker. However, we or the licensee may receive a portion of the brokerage fee that is paid to the broker. This may range from 1 to 7.5% of the brokerage fee payable to your broker for each trade. You may ask us for a specific breakdown of the fees we may receive from your broker.

Other Benefits

We may also receive additional non-monetary benefits from product providers and other licensees. These may include invitations to seminars, conferences or training days. Details of any benefits received above $100 will be maintained on a register which is available to you upon request.

Remuneration

Our staff are paid a base salary and do not receive commissions. However, they may be entitled to a discretionary bonus that may be paid by us from time to time. The discretionary bonus does not relate to the number or success of trades executed by the algorithm on your behalf, but rather is based on the individual performance of the team member (which is measured by various quantitative and qualitative factors) and our overall performance.

Referrals and partnership programs

If you are referred to us by another person or party, we may provide a benefit to them which may be in the form of discounted services or the payment of a referral fee. The benefit may arise from an arrangement we have with that person or party or under the terms of a partnership or referral program we are undertaking.

Associations

We are required to disclose any associations or relationships between us, our related entities and product issuers that could reasonably be capable of influencing the financial services we provide to you. No such associations or relationships exist.
