Position Title: Head of Distribution (Financial Services)

Salary: up to $200,000 + bonus (OTE $300,000)
Commencement date: November 2022 or as soon as possible
About the role
The role of the Head of Distribution is to find and qualify prospective clients for our new brand, Neural One.
We are seeking someone who has significant Financial Services experience with high nett worth clients in Australia because of the nature of the conversations you will have with our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and connect with suitable clients
- Identify possibilities for new acquisitions where required including third party
- Nurture leads and customer relationships for ongoing retention
- Work closely with our industry partners to ensure a seamless experience for our clients
About You
- Ten (10) + years’ experience minimum in a similar role with a focus on lead conversion
- Experience in the financial services sector essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to meet targets on a regular basis
- High-level computer literacy and technical skills
- Experience in account management and project management will be highly desirable
