About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Support Manager to join a growing team working remotely across two brands providing Artificial Intelligence (AI) trading solutions to Australia and New Zealand. The primary role of the Business Support Manager is to provide high-level support to the Jaaims Technologies Group in relation to implementation of business objectives and initiatives as well as general administrative support.
Key responsibilities:
Provide general support to the marketing and leadership team including, but not limited to:
- General administrative support such as preparation of presentations and CRM management
- Ensure clients receive prompt and efficient service
- Make outbound calls to clients to assist with account setup where required
- Ongoing account management of clients
- Build and maintain positive strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide high-level support to the team as required.
About you
The successful candidate will be energetic with a can-do attitude who strives in a competitive and high-pressure environment. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. As this is a remote role, experience working efficiently in a remote environment is a must.
Additionally, you should have:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience working in a similar role
- High computer literacy
- Highly organised with a strong business acumen
- Experience in the financial industry highly advantageous
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
